SPUD.ca is looking for a Full-time Warehouse Bin Cleaner for our Vancouver, BC Powell location (950 Powell Street). This shift is Sunday- Thursday 11:00 pm- 7:30 am (Graveyard Shift)

What you'll do

  • Wash, dry, and organize bins.
  • Clean bins, lids, and gel packs so there is no odour.
  • Stack items so they are organized, and put misplaced items where they belong.
  • Throw or recycle trash; be conscientious of recycling or reusing rather than tossing.
  • Sweep, mop, scrape, shine surfaces, remove unused items. 
  • Working within the freezer- freezing gels packs, putting on shelves to freeze, and then into crates once frozen.


Our compensation package consists of

  • $12.25 + $0.75 (GY premium) per hour to start
  • 20% discount on all of our products on spud.ca

  • Two weeks' vacation for one year of employment (4% accrual) 

What you'll need

  • High cleaning standards.
  • Initiative to take charge and find things to clean or fix, and not assume someone else will do it.
  • A keen eye for detail and organization.
  • Be goal oriented with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Must be RELIABLE- being late or absent frequently is not acceptable.
  • Ability to work alone, with little supervision, and not need a lot of direction.
  • TRUSTWORTHINESS.
  • Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
  • Ability to work on your feet all day, bending, leaning, crouching and walking.
