    SPUD.CA is looking for a full-time, permanent Lead Graphic Designer based out of our Vancouver, BC head office (1660 E Hastings Street). Note- this position will be moving in the next couple months to our new head office located at 5566 Trapp Avenue, South Burnaby.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • As the Lead Designer, you will be the point person designated to prioritize all design tasks. You will project manage those tasks and make sure the design team hits deadlines.
    • Work alongside the marketing team to support design for campaigns, social media, website, events, promotions, ambassadors, sales flyers, brochures, promo cards, etc.
    • Own the brand guide.
    • Contribute to campaign ideation and copy writing.
    • Manage two designers and one photographer.
    • Report directly to the VP of Marketing, and work very closely with campaign owners.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • 3 - 5 years experience in a marketing or design agency, or department of another company.
    • Diploma or degree in design
    • You are an expert utilizing Adobe Creative - Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of Adobe XD is an asset.
    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS will be beneficial and will allow you to work seamlessly with the IT department in creating useful website functionality and design
    • You have an eye for photography
    • Experience managing a team
