    SPUD.CA is looking for a full-time, permanent HR Administrator based out of our new head office located at #105 5566 Trapp Avenue, Burnaby.


    The HR Administrator is responsible for providing HR administrative support on a day to day basis. The role contributes to the development and maintenance of the HR function to ensure we provide a comprehensive HR service to managers and employees.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • HRIS data entry
    • HRIS reports (Terminations, New Hires, Anniversaries)
    • Organizational chart review and maintenance
    • Update Corporate Directory
    • Recruitment support, including coordinating background checks
    • Payroll support
    • Benefits administration support, including benefit card distribution
    • Organization of company events
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • 1+ years of administrative experience
    • Undergraduate degree or diploma; HR specification or certification preferred
    • Strong computer skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Demonstrated relationship building and management skills
    • Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Able to work autonomously and be a self-starter


    • An annual salary, based on experience.
    • 20 % discount.
